1 Hour Virtual Session: This workshop will explore the underlying causes of big behaviours, while providing practical strategies to address and de-escalate these situations. Participants will learn tips for setting clear expectations using positive re-enforcement and implementing natural and logical consequences. This workshop aims to help participants with the tools and confidence needed to support their children’s emotional regulation and promote a calmer home environment.
