In this 1 hours workshop we aim to empower parents with effective tools to nurture their children’s well-being through guided imagery. We will define guided imagery and its benefits as a technique for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and fostering creativity. Caregivers will gain confidence in supporting their child’s development through the transformative power of imagery.”
