In this 3 hr virtual session, parents of children with special needs will learn how to manage conflicts in ways that emphasize mindfulness, strengths and resources, dignity and respect.
This course includes opportunities to practice new skills, engage in collaborative conversations with other parents and group leaders as well as group work.
This virtual workshop is offered through collaboration between Developmental Pediatrics and Rehabilitation, Ron Joyce Children’s Health Centre and Holland Bloorview.
This session encourages active participation, with scheduled breaks provided throughout.
