The Regional Joint Assessment Program was developed as part of the Ontario Ministry of Health’s Wait list strategy to improve the access to joint replacement surgery for adults with hip and knee problems.
The Program strives to improve the care of osteoarthritis, to reduce pain and improve mobility.
