The HHS Rehabilitation and Senior's Health Program provides adult inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation to geriatric and oncology patients, and patients following stroke, spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury, neurological impairments, amputation, orthopedic surgery, and for patients who are debilitated following medical or surgical intervention.
The Rehabilitation/Senior's Health Program serves patients from Hamilton and our designated referral centers whose independence is significantly altered or threatened by disease or injury. This integrated program provides timely access to innovative and appropriate care and advances that care through prevention, education, scientific innovation and research.
