Mac Kids Fundraising Programs

Through the generosity of donors across south central Ontario and beyond, McMaster Children's Hospital Foundation is able to fund equipment purchases, redevelopment costs, research and educational initiatives. Each year, the Foundation fundraises in many ways including annual appeals, tribute giving, special events, planned giving and corporate involvement. In addition, the Foundation participates in the following fundraising programs.

Direct Dialogue - Representatives of McMaster Children's Hospital are on site at Limeridge Mall periodically throughout the year. This program is designed to reach community members who may wish to join the Mac Kids Miracle Club with an ongoing monthly gift to support McMaster Children's Hospital's priority needs.

Inhouse Call Centre - McMaster Children's Hospital Foundation keeps in touch with donors and the community throughout the year. Our call centre representatives contact individuals to thank donors, provide updates on our programs and services, and to request support for our urgent needs.

DRTV - McMaster Children's Hospital is able to share patient stories and needs with the broader community through short television programs. Our segments are broadcast on CHCH News in Hamilton with the goal of acquiring new supporters through one time donations or monthly gift commitments through our Mac Kids Miracle Club.
