Hamilton Health Sciences’ Board of Directors meets regularly between September and June of each year. Members of the public are invited to attend the open portion of board meetings.  As seating is limited and to confirm date and time, please contact Jillian Morton, Office of the General Counsel at mortonji@hhsc.ca at least 48 hours prior to the Board meeting.

2022/23 New Board Candidates

Hamilton Health Sciences Corporation is inviting applications from interested candidates for appointment to its Board of Directors and Board Committees. We are seeking applicants with executive level governance and leadership experience in complex organizations and skills in human resources, information technology & security and Equity Diversity and Inclusion. Applicants will be system thinkers who care about health care and health care governance and reflect our community. This volunteer commitment includes attendance at Board and Committee meetings, as well as Board development and other activities.
